1. How can I be sure that I am buying the right part?
The accuracy of our database is a culmination of our many decades of specialist diesel experience, and guarantees that you find the part you need. Naturally it is your responsibility to select the correct application, vehicle make,model and series while shopping in our store.
In cases where your search produces more than one part it is up to you to determine from the product photo and/or the specifications provided in the notes to determine which part is suitable for your engine.
2. Where there is an option of Cylinder Head Gasket thickness, which should I choose?
Most steel laminate type head gaskets come in a range of thicknesses – indicated by notches or other markings. In these cases we offer the option of a range of thicknesses and it is important to check your piston protrusion to determine which thickness of head gasket will be right for your engine.
3. Is the delivery date guaranteed?

7. How do I return an item?
ALL returns must be sent FREIGHT PREPAID to our warehouse –
Unit 8, Crag Cresent, Clondalkin Industrial Estate, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
Unless there is a manufacturer defect, any item returned must be in its original unused condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of your purchase.

8. Can I return any item?
Most parts may be returned but there are exceptions:
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include engine bearing sets, piston ring packs/ sets and gasket sets.
Merchandise that has been shop soiled, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
9. Is there a re-stocking fee for parts returned for credit?
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
10. Can I exchange any parts?
If your return meets the above terms and conditions, you may exchange your part for a different size (subject to stock availability). You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
